Best Western Hotel…or comfy Cottages?

I’m working on a super deal with the Best Western Hotel in Liverpool. The rooms are totally awesome and roomy, and there is a gym and a pool on site as well as hot tub and other goodies.

I can also offer great discounted rates for clients coming to the studio who may prefer a fabulous cottage with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen, large screen TV with tons of cable channels, a deck and barbeque out back overlooking a nice bay? (Maid service also included.)
I’ve got to strike a deal with one or the other to avoid a conflict of interest but I need to know what clients recording here would prefer.
Any suggestions or preferences would be most appreciated.
